A plant-based advocate for over eleven years, Bessie started Cocoa's Cookies in 2023 after growing frustrated with the quality of ingredients in most desserts on the market. With a serious sweet tooth and an even more serious commitment to clean eating, she created what she wished already existed — a premium dessert experience that never asks you to compromise.
Cocoa's Cookies is small-batch, organic, and made with purpose. Every flavor is crafted to prove that choosing better ingredients is just the beginning — that mindset spreads. Bessie believes your health is the biggest flex, and that everyone deserves access to an indulgence they can feel good about.
Three years in, Cocoa's Cookies has been featured in seven Charlotte retail locations including Reid's Fine Foods. Sponsored the Invest Fest VIP lounge for three consecutive years.
