MEET Cassandra

Cassandra W. Haire is the Founder and Director of The Etiquette School of the Carolinas in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She is certified by The American School of Protocol® in Atlanta, Georgia, as both a children’s and corporate etiquette consultant. Known for her contemporary approach and polished delivery, Ms. Haire is a respected authority in etiquette, manners, and professional presence training. Ms. Haire has facilitated etiquette, professional development, and dining etiquette workshops for high schools, colleges, universities, corporations, and community-based organizations. Through her work, she equips participants with practical skills, confidence, and poise for academic, workplace, and social settings. For more than a decade, Ms. Haire has served as a certified judge within organizations affiliated with the Miss America system, including the Miss North Carolina Scholarship Organization. She currently serves on the Miss Fayetteville Pageant Committee. As well as serving as a judge in both North Carolina and South Carolina, I also support the growth, leadership, and development of young women through the pageantry platform. Ms. Haire is also the visionary behind A Cup of Wisdom™, a mission-driven initiative that cultivates a generational sisterhood of women grounded in biblical truth, grace, and lived wisdom. Through intentional conversation and shared life experiences, the initiative creates space for seasoned women to pour into younger women, nurturing godly character, healthy relationships, and confident womanhood. In addition, Ms. Haire brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in government and education, with expertise in contract administration and capital project management. This background strengthens her consulting and training with strategic insight, structure, and excellence. Her community service includes appointments and service on various boards and commissions, including the Institute for Community Leadership Board of Directors, the State Employees’ Credit Union Member Advisory Board, the Fayetteville Family Life Center Board of Directors, the PWC Community Advisory Group, the Fayetteville Redevelopment Commission, and the Dickens Holiday planning committee. Ms. Haire holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, an MBA from Fayetteville State University, and a degree in clinical psychology from Hampton University in Norfolk, Virginia. Outside her professional work, she enjoys collecting Barbie dolls and gardening. She remains committed to helping individuals and organizations navigate modern etiquette with confidence, grace, and poise.
