MEET EV
Ev Outlaw is a contemporary women’s fiction author based in Archer Lodge, North Carolina. She describes her signature writing style as “Chocolate Chick-Lit,” featuring strong Black women navigating real-life challenges with resilience, depth, and heart.
Through the sale of her novels, coloring books, and journals, Ev raises awareness for CIDP, a rare and debilitating autoimmune disorder she was diagnosed with in 2024. She also uses her platform to advocate for self-care, soft living, and the use of cannabis for physical and mental well-being.
Ev is married to Trey, an internet radio deejay and her devoted full-time caregiver. When she’s not writing, she enjoys reading, camping, traveling, baking, and coloring.
