pageant coaching coordinator
Mrs. McFarland Adams has been in the pageant industry for over 20 years serving as both a contestant and judge. She was Miss Fairmont 2004-2005, Miss Fairmont Farmers Festival Ambassador 2005-2006, and Miss Lumbee 2011-2012. She participated in many Miss NC preliminary pageants placing and earning scholarships for college. Those scholarships helped her attend both the Universities of her choice.
Mrs. Adams is a graduate of East Carolina University with a BS and MA in Health Education. She has worked 12 years in Public Health as a Health educator. Public Health opened a variety of doors and opportunities for her true passion of Nursing. Mrs. Adams went back to school at Indiana State University and graduated with a BS in Nursing. She has worked in the public and private sector serving many different populations.
In her spare time Mrs. Adams enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and helping to mentor/coach young girls. Understanding how to make a difference and truly stand out amongst the crowd are important in both interview and talent. She has worked with many girls over the years in those areas to win preliminary titles and advance to state competitions.
